Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience high order volumes or unexpected delays, you will be notified by email.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damages & Lost Packages

Bowlio is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and the damaged items when filing.
